Card Cages
A card cage is a container that printed circuit boards (cards) are housed in. For easy card insertion and removal, the cage may be placed outside, behind a door, or inside a bigger cabinet. Card cages provide the ideal blend of versatility and adaptability while being designed for a variety of workloads and situations.

Sheet Metal Cover Fabrication Capabilities

We can TIG weld, spot weld, rivet, or assemble custom cages utilising conventional hardware, including value-added electronic component assembly. Our engineers will design the perfect card cage for your application, and you can be sure of the fabrication quality and compliance with Eurocard printed circuit board standards. We use advanced equipment and techniques to manufacture your products. Your card cages and chassis can have any of the usual industry finishes applied to them, including anodized, zinc, nickel, paint, or powder, as well as aesthetic in-house silk screening.
General purpose card cages come in standard dimensions. They feature the normal specifications without rack mount flanges.
On the other hand, rugged card cages feature robust design. They are made from high quality material with robust frame construction. Additionally, they may have many card guide options alongside other safety features.
Well it depends on the design of the card cage. For instance, a card cage may have metal frames to support or contain electronics cards.
At the same time, they may feature backplane having installation slots for expansion boards, power supply accessories and many more.
