Cash Drawer Fabrication
At our factory, we cut the sheet metal to the necessary dimensions using lasers. The flat sheet of metal is then placed on the conveyor belt, which moves it to a punch press. The sheet metal is fastened onto precut forms in the hydraulic press. The shapes are then cut out after the press has been closed.
Workers join the components for the cash drawer and drawer shell as the cut metal leaves the punch press. These are then painted and allowed to dry.
We also attach the till, latch, and solenoid parts. Finally, we will polish your custom cash drawers, apply your logo, test quality, and ship to you.
